New DVD-ROM or full set of 12 CD-ROMS
You must register the serial number printed on the card that came with Conceptual Chemistry Alive! in order to gain access to Chapters 3 through 12. Upon registering you will receive an activation code, which you enter into the preferences page of Conceptual Chemistry Alive! along with your chosen user name. Your activation code is active for the duration of your license to use this product. Serial numbers are not reusable.

Used DVD-ROMS or full set of 12 CD-ROMS
If you obtained your DVD-ROM or CD-ROMs used, you will need
to purchase an extended license (with new activation code.)
